How to spread some seasonal cheer with video..
The festive season is a time for keeping in touch, entertaining and being social – and if you’re a business, there’s an easy way to achieve all three in one simple step – with an effective video marketing campaign!
It’s all too easy for your messages to get drowned out over the festive season. All of us get bombarded with a avalanche of seasonal marketing material and we don’t have the time (or inclination!) to take notice of much of it. So how do you give your marketing messages the edge?
We think that these days, you need to get social, be different, give people something that hooks them in quickly and something they want to share with their friends, family and their online communities.
Video marketing has exploded over the past couple of years and we’re completely convinced (and the stats back us up!) that effective video content can literally speak a thousand words. We’re not talking about putting a video ad on TV (although that can be effective too if you have the budget), we’re talking about short, entertaining web videos that captivate viewers, combined with short ‘teaser’ clips to spark interest on social media and easy-to-access mobile video.
